Welcome to Nesham-ah Yoga
Breathe. Sweat. Laugh. Heal.
In Hebrew, "neshamah" means soul-breath, or the level of consciousness connecting breath to intellect. With the "ahhh" of our breath to movement in yoga, I teach to the part of your soul that is craving to let go of conscious thought and connect to the Divine. This is "Nesham-ah" Yoga.
Meet Felicity Nesham
Hi, fellow yogis! After practicing yoga for 20 years, I decided - in a moment of inspiration at the Himalayan Institute - to pursue my 200-hour RYT training in January 2020.
In April 2020, I completed the Columbus School of Yoga's teacher training program, with teachers Colleen O'Brien-McFall and Alexandria Ianni.

What I love most about yoga is finding freedom, within the container of the body, to explore, grow, and through the Tantric flow, find stillness in the mind while building heat in the body.

When I'm not on my mat, you can find me chasing my two little boys, hiking, writing poetry, or at my day job, managing communications for Congregation Beth Tikvah in Worthington, OH.
